The OC2 Startup Manager is responsible for management of all project commissioning and startup activities in accordance with the schedule and within the established startup budget. Has authority to allocate resources and make startup, commissioning, and testing decisions in accordance with policies, standards, guides, and contractual commitments. The Start-up Manager will also support efforts to build out the long-term OC2 operating organization, which will operate the facility after start-up activities are complete.
Plan and coordinate commissioning/start-up interface between EPC Contractor and Monolith
Support and provide oversight of EPC Contractor commissioning activities
Plan and oversee execution of Monolith-led OC2 start-up activities
Build out OC2 long-term operating organization alongside Manufacturing Team leadership
Provide start-up input into design and execution of OC2 project
Performs other duties as needed

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business Adminstration, or a related field, and
Minimum 10 years of progressive work experience, or
An equivalent combination of education and experience to successfully perform the job duties and responsibilities
Prior to field work commencing: Home office (Lincoln, NE) or OC2 Engineering office (Lenexa, KS)
After field work begins: Project site in Hallam Nebraska.
Travel will be required up to 50% of the time to Lenexa, KS. Lincoln/Hallam, NE area or Kansas City area residency required.
