Your Role:
The
You Will:
- Receive and manage work order requests related to building maintenance to ensure problems are resolved quickly
- Identify and efficiently manage property maintenance needs (e.g., parking lot maintenance, groundskeeping, snow removal, landscaping, lighting, building repairs, utilities, trash services)
- Complete light HVAC, janitorial, electrical, plumbing, and paint projects
- Inspect property and facilities to determine maintenance and repair needs and coordinate repairs
- Coordinate preventive maintenance services and maintain short, mid, and long-term maintenance needs and improvement projects
- Maintain building structures and equipment to ensure efficient operations and first-class curb appeal
- Solicit bid proposals for outside service contracts, and supervise and evaluate outside contractors for performance
- Maintain property management budget and appropriate documentation
- Performs other duties as needed

You Have:
- High school diploma (or equivalent), and
- At least two years of relevant experience, or
- An equivalent combination of education and experience to successfully perform the job duties and responsibilities
- Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
- Experience operating skid steer, telehandler, forklift, and other production equipment
- Experience using hand and electrical tools
- Ability to read technical manuals and drawings
- Physical stamina and dexterity
- Solid technical knowledge about construction processes and procedures

Your Environment:
Less than 10% travel may be required for visiting other Monolith sites in the Lincoln area.
This position will be in an industrial work environment in Hallam, Nebraska.
